1 pound pork tenderloin,
cubed
1/4 cup lime juice
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. cloves |
1/2 cup orange juice
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper |
Combine all ingredients and marinate
12–24 hours in refrigerator. Thread meat onto skewers,
discarding marinade. BBQ over medium heat, turn often
and do not overcook. Remove when pork is still slightly
pink.
