Crazy Crust Pizza
Rosanne Benzschawel, Withee

1 lb. ground beef
1 cup Pillsbury BEST All Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2/3 cup milk
2 eggs
1/4 cup chopped onion
4 oz. can mushroom pieces and stems, drained
8 oz. can pizza sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Grease 12-inch pizza pan. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef until thoroughly cooked; drain. In a small bowl, combine 1 cup flour, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, milk, and eggs; blend until smooth. Pour batter into greased pan, tilting pan so batter covers bottom. Spoon beef over batter. Top with onions and mushrooms. Bake at 425 degrees on the lowest oven rack for 25–30 minutes or until deep golden brown. Spoon pizza sauce over pizza. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake an additional 7–12 minutes. 6 servings.
