Eggs Marvelous
Shirley Ottman, Sheboygan Falls
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. green onion, chopped
6 eggs, slightly beaten
1/3 cup whipping cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
3 oz. cream cheese

Melt butter in a small pan. Add onions
and cook 5 minutes. In another bowl, combine eggs with cream,
salt, and lemon juice. Add cream cheese (broken in bits),
butter, and onions. Butter a small casserole dish (1-1/2
quart) and put in all ingredients; bake at 350 degrees for
40 minutes. Do not cover. .
