Mix all ingredients well and divide dough into 2 or 3 equal parts, depending on the size of your pizza pan. Sprinkle lightly with flour and spread in pan. Bake 10 minutes at 425 degrees. Slather with sauce, meat, and cheese, as desired. Bake until cheese melts.
Note: For the hot roll version, shape into 1-1/2-inch balls and bake on greased cooking sheet 10–15 minutes at 425 degrees, or in muffin tins 20–25 minutes at 350 degrees.
