Cheesy Italian Burgers
1 lb. very lean ground sirloin beef
2 tsp. Mrs. Dash Original Steak Grilling Blend
1/4 cup (1 oz.) shredded Italian cheese blend (Parmesan
and Romano)
2 Tbsp. finely chopped green bell pepper |
Preheat broiler or grill (medium). Combine all ingredients.
Divide into 4 portions. Shape each into a patty about
4 inches in diameter and 1/2 inch thick. Cook 4 to 5 minutes
per side or until beef is no longer pink in center. Serve
on toasted buns topped with additional cheese, if desired.
Makes 4 servings.
