Brown hamburger and drain. Add spaghetti sauce, salt, and pepper; simmer. In separate bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, cottage cheese, eggs, parsley, oregano, Italian seasoning, fennel, salt, and pepper. Put a layer of hamburger mixture on the bottom of a 9-x13-inch glass pan and layer cheese and uncooked lasagna noodles; continue with layers until everything is used up and make sure that the cheese layer is the last layer. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let set for 10 minutes (this is a very important step). Enjoy!
