Pork Sausage

1 lb. ground pork
1/4 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
2 Tbsp. sage
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper |
Mix all ingredients together. Cover and let sit in the refrigerator overnight. Make patties and fry, or use as you would any other bulk pork sausage.
