1 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
12 oz. bottle chili sauce
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Cook ground beef in skillet with celery and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Transfer to a slow cooker. Stir in chili sauce, brown sugar, pickle relish, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cover and cook on low for 3–4 hours or until flavors are combined.
