Swedish Pancakes
Ted Watland, Menomonie
1 can condensed milk
1/3 can water
5 eggs
4 heaping Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1 cup flour

Mix all ingredients well. Heat up a cast
iron fry pan to very hot. Put in 1 pat of butter for each
pancake. When butter starts to burn, pour 1/4–1/3
cup batter for each pancake, turn pan to spread. Flip once
and serve.
