Teriyaki Chicken Wings
JoAnn Fenlon, Francis Creek

3 lbs. chicken wings
1/2 cup water
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. garlic powder or salt
1/4 cup salad oil
1 tsp. ginger
1/4 cup pineapple juice

Mix all ingredients except wings and let stand for one hour. Pour over wings in a roaster. Marinate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 1-1/2 hours, stirring several times.
