Venison Sausage 2

1-1/2 lbs. ground pork
1 lb. ground venison
2 Tbsp. ground garlic or powdered
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. mustard seed

Mix all ingredients together. Chill overnight in sealed containers. Put into casings the next day and smoke the sausage or make patties. You may cook the patties immediately or freeze them in a sealed container.
