 Baked Beans
Helen Kautzer, Medford

2 lb. can pork and beans
1 lb. can butter beans
1 lb. can kidney beans
1 lb. can lima beans
1/4 cup vinegar
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. yellow mustard
1 onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef, fried and drained

Drain all beans, except pork and beans. Mix remaining ingredients and add to beans. Bake 1 hour or so. Note: You can use other kinds of canned beans or black-eyed peas or chick peas, if you like.

ingredients except beans in a casserole dish; stir well. Add beans and combine thoroughly. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour (or could be cooked in a slow cooker/crock pot).
