  Thai-Style Banana Slaw

1 pkg. (16 oz.) coleslaw mix
3 green onions, thinly sliced
1 large red bell pepper, cut into thin strips (1-1/2 cups)
1 cup salted peanut halves
1/3 cup light mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup milk
1 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
3 medium-ripe bananas, sliced
Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Toss together coleslaw mix, onions, bell pepper, and peanuts in large bowl. Stir together mayonnaise, peanut butter, milk, and brown sugar until well-combined. Add to salad; toss well to coat. If preparing ahead, cover and refrigerate salad up to several hours. Stir chopped bananas into salad. Serve with crushed red pepper for extra spice, if desired. Makes 10 servings.
