Cranberry Bread

1-1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda

1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup orange juice
1 cup chopped cranberries
1 cup chopped nuts

   Mix sugar, eggs, and vegetable oil. Alternately add flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and orange juice. Blend in cranberries and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 25–35 minutes for muffins and 60–75 minutes for bread pan. Makes 1 large bread pan (9x5) or 6 large muffins.
