| Cranberry
Muffins

3 Tbsp. butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 can evaporated milk |
2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 cups whole, raw cranberries |
Mix and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes in
muffin pans. Makes 2 dozen.
Sauce: |
1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
1/2 cup sugar
|
1/2 can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla |
Bring to a boil, remove from heat and serve over
muffin.
