Easy Instant Potato Dumplings

1 cup Instant Potato Buds
1 cup hot water
1 egg
1 cup all-purpose flour, sifted
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt

Mix Potato Buds with hot water. Add egg and beat well. Beat flour, salt, and parsley into mixture until smooth. Form into balls about 2 inches in diameter. Drop into boiling salted water. Cook covered for 15 minutes. Note: My family loves them with brown butter served on top.
