  Hamburger Gravy
Mike Johnson, Eau Claire

1 lb. hamburger
1 cup onion, chopped
3 Tbsp. (heaping) flour
1-1/2 quarts milk
Salt and pepper, to taste

Brown burger and onion; drain off fat. Mix in flour and then add milk; bring to a boil until gravy thickens. Add salt and pepper to taste. Good on bread and potatoes. Also great with green beans.
