Ham Spread
Sandra Fritz, Owen

1/2 lb. ham
5 Tbsp. dill, chopped
10 Tbsp. sweet pickles
2 tsp. mustard
1/2 to 1 cup mayonnaise

We grind/chop the ham in our old-fashioned grinder. Mix well with the mayonnaise so it is spreadable. Chop up dill and sweet pickles to add in and then add the mustard. We usually put some in the freezer as it freezes well. Makes a great sandwich and a good way to use up the extra ham pieces.
