Limpa
(Swedish Bread)
For bread machine
Stephanie Fredrickson, Fall Creek

1-1/8 cup water
1-1/2 Tbsp. soft butter
1/8 cup molasses
1/4 cup sugar
2-1/2 cups white flour
7/8 cup rye flour
2 Tbsp. gluten
Zest of 1 orange
1/2 Tbsp. anise
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. yeast

  Put all ingredients in bread machine in order listed above. Use normal settings on bread machine (large loaf, dark crust). Brush with melted butter after cooled.
