Mashed Potato Dumplings II
Tammy Krawczyk, Ogema

2 cups mashed potatoes
3 slices bread, diced (may be toasted)
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. salt
3/4 cup flour

Mix mashed potatoes, bread, eggs, and salt. Then add the flour; mix until it starts to crumb and stick together in a pack. Flour hands and shape into dumplings using as much flour as needed to keep the dumplings from being sticky on outside. Boil for 20 minutes in salted water.
