1-1/2 pints tart apples, chopped
1 pint green tomatoes, chopped
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cloves
3 cups sugar
1 lb. raisins
1/4 cup vinegar
1 cup chopped suet |
Peel and chop apples. Mix all ingredients
together, bring to a rapid boil, and simmer until thick.
Pour into Kerr jars to within 1 inch of top of jar.
Put on cap, screwing band tight. Process in water bath
for 25 minutes.
