Mix cream cheese, eggs, and cold water together.
Add softened butter and flavoring. Mix well. Add cake mix
in thirds, mixing all ingredients together until you have
used up all the cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
if using cupcake-sized pans, otherwise the large muffin pans
will take longer. Insert a toothpick in muffin. When it comes
out clean, remove pan from oven.
Note: When you use fresh fruit, wash and dry the fruit and
add 2 Tbsp. flour to the fruit and shake it in a container
to remove any excess flour. Do this same procedure using raisins,
dates, and nuts.
