New York Rye Bread (for Bread Machine)

1-1/8 cups water
1-1/3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. honey
1/2 cup fresh onion, diced
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. caraway seeds
1-1/3 cups rye flour
2-1/4 cups bread flour
1/4 cup nonfat dry milk
2-1/2 tsp. yeast
