Poultry Dressing

1 chicken liver
1 chicken heart
1 chicken gizzard
1-1/2 cups soda crackers
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
3/4 cup milk
1 tsp. onion, diced
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper |
Boil chicken liver, heart, and gizzard. Coarsely crush soda crackers. Combine crumbs with eggs, butter, milk, and seasonings. Add ground liver, heart, and gizzard. Toss gently to mix well. Bake in a casserole dish at 350 degrees for one hour or you can stuff into chicken.
