Roquefort Cheese Dressing
| 1-1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup salad oil
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup dill pickle juice

1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. M.S.G. (Accent)
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. Roquefort cheese |
Blend all ingredients except Roquefort
together in a bowl. Then crumble Roquefort cheese into mixture.
Mix well. Makes over 1 pt. of dressing.
