Sweet Potato Nests

3 cans (17 oz.) whole sweet potatoes, drained, mashed 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 1/8 tsp. ground cloves 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 cup butter, melted 1 cup chopped peanuts 1-1/4 cups miniature marshmallows

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, seasonings, and butter; mix well. Divide mixture into 12 portions; shape into balls. Roll in nuts. Place on cookie sheet; indent centers with spoon to form nests. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 10 min. Fill centers with marshmallows; continue baking 5 min. Makes 12 servings.
