Prize Winning Turkey
Marinade
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup dry white wine
1 Tbsp. fresh chopped basil or 1 teaspoon dried basil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes |
In a shallow dish, blend
ingredients together. Add turkey pieces and toss to coat
evenly. Cover, refrigerate, and marinate for about 2 hours.
When ready to cook turkey, drain and discard marinade.
