|1-1/2 cups boiling water
1/4 cup butter, melted
4 cups herb seasoned stuffing
2 cups broccoli cuts, cooked and drained well
2 cups cooked turkey, cubed
1 10-oz. can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup milk
1 cup (4 oz.) Cheddar cheese, shredded, divided
Mix water and butter. Add
stuffing and mix lightly. Spoon into a 2-quart shallow
baking dish. Arrange broccoli and turkey over stuffing.
In small bowl, mix soup, milk, and 1/2 cup cheese. Pour
over broccoli and turkey. Sprinkle remaining cheese atop
mixture. Bake in a preheated 350-degree F. oven for 30
minutes or until piping hot. Makes 6 servings.
