Zucchini Bread 1 Desi Butterfield, La Crosse
2 cups sugar 1 cup oil 3 eggs 2 cups grated zucchini (drain if very juicy) 3 cups flour 2-1/4 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. ground cloves 1/2 tsp. allspice 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. vanilla
Combine all ingredients, pour into two greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 50–60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
