Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad Pizza
| 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tsp. Mrs. Dash Original Chicken Grilling Blend
1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 red bell pepper, cut into 2-inch strips
1 medium yellow squash, cut in half lengthwise
1 package Dole Caesar Salad Kit (10 oz.)
1 (10- to 12-inch) pre-baked pizza crust |
Stir together oil and chicken blend. Brush
over chicken, bell pepper, and squash. Grill or broil chicken
and vegetables about 10 to 12 minutes until chicken is no
longer pink in the center and vegetables are just cooked through.
Let cool slightly. Place crust on grill or broiler pan. Cook
2 minutes or until lightly browned; turn over and cook 2 more
minutes or until lightly browned. Toss salad mix with package
of dressing and arrange on crust. Cut chicken and squash into
slices and bell peppers into chunks. Arrange over salad mixture.
Sprinkle with cheese. Makes 6 servings.
