Vegetarian Chili Salad
4 cups shredded lettuce 2 cups coarsely crushed tortilla chips 1 cup chopped tomato 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese 1 can (15 oz.) vegetarian chili, heated French salad dressing
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except dressing. Toss lightly. Serve immediately with French salad dressing. Makes 4 servings.
