6–8 large potatoes, peeled & diced & cooked (save some of the water for soup)
7–10 pieces bacon, diced & fried
1 large onion, diced & sautéed
3 cans creamed corn
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup half & half
Large chunk Velveeta cheese
Combine all ingredients and cook over low heat for approximately 30 minutes.
