Cream of Broccoli Soup

10 oz. broccoli, fresh or frozen
1 pkg. (3 oz. or more) cream cheese
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of celery soup
1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook broccoli until tender, drain. Add cream cheese, celery soup, evaporated milk, and salt and pepper. Simmer together. Serve.
