Creamy-Style Coleslaw

1/2 medium head of cabbage, shredded coarse or fine (4
cups)
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/4–1/2 cup carrot, finely shredded |
Whisk together the dressing ingredients and add to the shredded
cabbage. Chill until ready to serve. Serves 6.
