Grape Chicken Salad
Lawana Alt, Cazenovia

2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/3 cup celery, sliced
1/2 cup creamy cucumber dressing with real cucumbers
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 whole cantaloupe

Combine grapes, chicken, nuts, and celery; mix together in a medium-large bowl. In a smaller bowl, mix the dressing and ginger together. Add to grape mixture and chill. To serve, cut cantaloupe and remove seeds. Slice in quarters (or whatever size you prefer). Spoon mixture over. Serves 4.

Cook’s Note: Make sure the cucumber dressing contains real cucumbers.
