Pepperoni Salad
Ruth Greenberg, Beloit

24 slices pepperoni
4 green onions, sliced
2 cups broccoli, chopped
1 cup cauliflower, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup raisins
 Dressing:
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sugar
4 tsp. vinegar

In a bowl, mix together pepperoni, green onions, broccoli, cauliflower, celery, and raisins. In a small bowl, mix together dressing ingredients; stir into vegetable mixture. Chill.
