Pistachio Pudding Salad
Marilyn Smith, Holmen

20 oz. can crushed pineapple
3 oz. package instant Pistachio pudding
1 cup miniature marshmallows
8 oz. container of Cool Whip

In a bowl, mix crushed pineapple (including juice) to the dry pudding. Add marshmallows and Cool Whip. Fold all together. Chill a couple of hours before serving.
