Reuben Soup II

4 cans chicken broth
1 bag shredded cabbage (coleslaw)
1 ring smoked sausage, sliced 1/4-inch thick
1/2 tsp. caraway seed
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 cups Swiss cheese, finely shredded |
Combine all ingredients except cheese. Simmer until cabbage is done and serve in bowls with Swiss cheese sprinkled on top (1–2 Tbsp.).
